YES, it IS possible to attend CKC and only spend $35 --AND walk out WITHOUT buying a single sheet of paper, OMG yes it IS true! LOL!
I had so much fun celebrating National Scrapbook Day at the Creating Keepsakes Convention's vendor sale! And I did pick up lots and lots of papers and paper packs and carried them around each booth, and I sooo wanted to adopt every single sheet, BUT I put each one back with a nice little goodbye pat and continued on my way! I got some great things for my small budget - 5 mini albums, a cool round clip board, a huge clothespin, some amazing journaling stamps, oval nesties, grommets and swirl clips and o-rings OHMY! Plus some alpha brads from Rusty Pickle who I thought was out of business - yay they live on! My scrapping pals came home with BAGS FULL of their loot and while we did our show and tell on the ride home I did drool over their papers and let out a few big sighs, but all and all it was an awesome day and I can't wait to play with my new stuff!!
